Our Jerky is derived from an old South American recipe passed down from mother to daughter over several generations which originated from the INCAS of Peru the creators of Jerky.

Our quality and process is not compromised by current mass production techniques and takes four days from start to finish to allow the meat to marinate and drain efficiently to give a dry and real meat taste utilizing premium meat for that premium taste and premium quality you expect.
