We created A Glass of® because it filled a need we felt wasn’t being met. We didn’t know much about wine or the wine industry. Our success to date has been in bringing innovation to the wine industry, largely and perhaps naively, because we were unencumbered by the conventions of the industry. We have disrupted the wine category
because we think like wine customers, not wine producers. We’ve made wine more convenient. More portable. More sustainable. And more accessible. A convergence of trends has aligned to propel us forward; the acceptance of innovative packaging, demand for sustainable packaging, the less-but-better- quality trend, the providence of maker, the support of local, and the rise of the Somm-as-Social Influencer. We have worked hard to ensure we are accepted as part of the wine industry, helping them innovate for their customers.
