Can the tickets be scanned at the door from my phone?

Yes; please have the email with the tickets open on your phone ready for scanning at the door. You also have the option during the ticket purchase to have them sent directly to your mobile.

Are children free?

Children aged 7-17 (inclusive) require a child ticket. Please see ticket price information here.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, tickets will be available for purchase at the door. Click here for prices.

We recommend purchasing masterclass, VIP Lounge and Chef’s Table tickets prior to arrival as these regularly sell out.

How do I book a ticket to the Good Food Theatre?

Entry is free to the Good Food Theatre and you aren’t required to book a ticket to attend. Timetables will be available shortly on the Good Food Theatre page.

I have purchased a masterclass or Chef's Table ticket; do I need to purchase an entry ticket if I am only attending the class?

The masterclasses and Chef’s Table are only available to visitors who have purchased a General Admission or VIP Lounge ticket. You must have purchased entry to the Show to access these classes.

I’d like to purchase tickets to the Good Food & Wine Show.

What is included in my General Admission ticket?

General

I'm in the hospitality industry. Do I receive free tickets?

The Good Food & Wine Show is a consumer, ticketed event; there are no free tickets for industry staff.

Will I be able to drop my shopping off at the car and then come back into the Show?

Yes – you’ll receive a stamp as a pass-out and will be able to re-enter the event during the session.

Where can I find a particular product or exhibitor at the Show?

Exhibitor and product directories will be available online shortly.

What time are activities & demonstrations occurring?

Timetables will be available shortly for each feature online. An overview of each day in a downloadable format will also be available.

Do I need to purchase a tasting glass?

Not all exhibitors will have sample cups available for you to utilise when tasting; we recommend purchasing a tasting glass at the merchandise stands on arrival if you would like to sample beverages.

If you have a glass from a previous year, you are more than welcome to bring that along with you.

 

How do I get there?

Is there a cloak room or somewhere to store my purchases?

There are no cloak room facilities at the event unless you are a VIP Lounge ticket holder. VIP cloak room facilities will be available in the VIP Lounge.

However, if you would like to take your purchases to your car, you are welcome to leave and come back on the same day. Bags and trolleys can be purchased from merchandise stands.

Friday 5 August:  10:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday 6 August:  10:00am – 6:00pm
