David Ralph

David has 17 years of experience as a chef, having trained at hatted restaurants ‘Flying Fish’ and ‘Quay’ in Sydney, before moving to London to work at the Michelin star restaurant ‘La Noisette’ under the Gordon Ramsay Group. In 2009, he returned to Sydney to participate in ‘Seoul of Sydney’, a contemporary Korean cuisine pop up restaurant. He came first place in Korean cooking contest 2013 held by Korean Cultural Centre then went on to open ‘Kim Restaurant’ in Potts Point which is fusion Korea restaurant. David Ralph is also a cooking instructor at Korean Cultural Centre from 2017.
