Grana Padano (Parmesan)
Parma Prosciutto
Fresh Cherry Tomato

Method
Stretch the dough by hands
Top with mozzarella cheese
Bake in wood fire oven around 360/380 degrees
Top with fresh rocket, Parmalat prosciutto, Grana Padano, cherry tomato, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
