Buy a VIP ticket and you can enjoy a selection of wines from Cape Mentelle, a delicious light lunch designed by Matt Moran including his Best Beef Burger from Harvey Beef, Spring Green Risotto or Roast chicken Maryland, a dessert from Maggie Beer and see all the action at the Princess Cruises Theatre, presented by ILVE, from the comfort of the lounge.
The Best Beef Burger pairs perfectly with Cape Mentelle’s Trinders Cabernet Merlot or a Spring Green Risotto with their Sauvignon Blanc Semillion.
The VIP Lounge is held in an 18+ area, all visitors are required to be over 18 years old.

Cape Mentelle – Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2017
The attack is juicy clean, slightly saline, on notes of passionfruit and citrus. The fresh pithy acidity and mineral character, reminiscent of fine absinthe, fresh ginger and gentian bitters give the wine a lot of vinosity and masculine personality, well balanced by the honey notes and creamy texture of the semillon and showing exceptional length.
Cape Mentelle – Rosé 2017
The attack is fresh and reminiscent of the crunch of pomegranates and cranberries. The mid-palate is creamy and generous with notes of ripe watermelon and pink
grapefruit zest with just a hint of juniper spice that adds nobility. A line of ripe citrusy acidity drives the palate to a long vinous finish that lets all the near-saline minerality
of the terroir shine through.
Cape Mentelle – Cabernet Merlot ‘Trinders’ 2014
Medium to full bodied with sweet ripe fruits of mulberry, plums and currants. The structure is fine with cocoa powder soft tannins providing great length and intensity
of flavour balanced by a subtle mix of roasted spices.
Cloudy Bay – Pelorus Brut
The pale straw colour and aromas of ripe citrus fruits indicate its chardonnay origins. A layered bouquet of apple and lemon citrus complements fresh bready notes derived from two years bottle ageing on lees. The deliciously crisp palate displays toasty, creamy complexity, enhanced by a lingering nutty finish.
