Hunter & Barrel

Hunter & Barrel is a sophisticated take on the hunter’s way, where ancient ritual combines with raw elements of nature in a modern setting.

On the menu:

Calamari & Asian Slaw Salad | $8

Smokey BBQ Brisket on a Roll with Horseradish Mayo Slaw | $12

Spice Rub Beef Short Rib – served with fresh slaw |$15

 

Burma Lane and Red Spice Road

Teaming up together, Burma Lane and Red Spice Road will be bringing you a contemporary twist on Asian cuisine.

On the menu:

Wagyu, bacon, cheeseburger dumplings w/ Vietnamese tomato sauce, pickles | $10

Khao Soi – Northern Thai chicken noodle curry | $15

Pork belly, chilli caramel, herb salad | $15

 

Mister Bianco

Mister Bianco is Melbourne’s destination to celebrate authentic Sicilian flavours and southern Italian inspiration.

On the menu:

Sicilian style veal sausage ‘hot dog’ with onion and tomato fondue | $12

Savoury fried prawn ‘cotton candy’ stick with sweet mustard corn dressing | $12

Casarecce pasta served from ‘alla norma’ (eggplant, tomato, ricotta salata) | $14
