We have been hand making our sheep milk cheeses for 20 years now in picturesque Tasmania. We have won multiple awards including World’s Best Cheese 2019 for the Gin Herbalist and national sheep milk cheese champion for our Sapphire Blue in 2022. Our lambs are naturally raised by their mums.
