There is car parking available at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, see more informationon their website.

There are no cloak room facilities in the show unless you are a VIP ticket holder. VIP ticket holders have a cloak room within the VIP lounge.

The Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre does have cloak room facilities within the venue (although not within the show). The Cloak Room is located near the Melbourne Convention Centre Customer Service desk. Please check with our Customer Service staff upon arrival as additional cloak rooms may be in operation for specific events. They won’t hold your items overnight, so you must pick them up before the facility closes.

Yes – grab a stamp as a pass-out and will be able to re-enter the event during the session.

To sip and sample your way through the Show and discover our exhibitors top drops you will need to either purchase a tasting glass ticket from the merchandise stand or purchase a ticket online with the tasting glass included.

Tickets

Where can I purchase tickets to the Good Food & Wine Show?

Tickets are available to purchase online and at the door when the show is open. See the Buy Tickets button to grab your tickets online.

Sip, sample and shop your way through more than 150 exhibitors, be inspired and entertained by Australia’s top chefs live on stage, get your foodie Christmas shopping done and have an incredible day out with your friends and family.

Concession tickets are available online. Please present your concession card upon entry to the Show.

Please email our ticketing partner help@lup.com.au and you will be able to request your ticket to be re-sent to the email on your original ticket order. You can also ask the ticketing team at the show to find your ticket via your email address.

An unregistered ticket means that there is no name or contact details attached to that ticket. You will still be allowed entry into the show, however you won't be able enter the competitions around the show, or sign up to mailing lists with exhibitors by scanning your ticket - as there won't be any details against your ticket. You can update this either via the link on your pdf ticket or via the iPads at the Show. If you are still needing help please email help@lup.com.au.

Children 6 and under are free, and children 7 to 12 (inclusive) are required to purchase a ticket. Please note that all children under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the show.

Children are allowed at the show, however anyone under the age of 18 will need to be under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. There are also areas of the show which are over 18 only, this includes certain masterclasses.

Most masterclasses with alcohol present are over 18 only, you will not be allowed to bring your child into these areas.

Yes; please have the email with the tickets open on your phone ready for scanning at the door.

Yes, entry tickets will be available for purchase at the door. We recommend purchasing masterclass, VIP Lounge and additional show experiences prior to arrival as these regularly sell out.

Please visit the merchandise desk to pick up your tasting glass. Have your ticket ready to be scanned again at merchandise to redeem.

You can add additional masterclasses to your show ticket by heading to this page {link to ‘add on a masterclass’ page}.

The masterclasses and show experiences are only available to visitors who have purchased an entry ticket to the Show. You must have purchased an entry ticket to the Show to access these experiences.

The theatre seats are on a first come, first served basis and entry is free.

Please contact our ticketing agency - tickets@lup.com.au if you want to swap your tickets for another day. There may be charges if the day you are swapping to is priced higher than the day you purchased, and VIP tickets may not be able to be swapped if the day is sold out.

Tickets are transferable. It is not mandatory to change the name on the ticket if you wish to pass it onto a family member or friend, however we recommend you re-register your ticket to ensure you are able to enter competitions at the show with your ticket. Contact tickets@lup.com.au , to change the name on your ticket.

Yes, we accept companion cards. Please present them to the ticketing box before entering the show to receive your complimentary general admission entry ticket.

The Good Food & Wine Show is a consumer, ticketed event; there are no free tickets for industry staff.
