That’s Amore Caprese Salad with Kyneton Olive Oil

Serves 4

• 1 punnet medley tomatoes
• 1 fresh That’s Amore Cheese Buffalo Mozzarella
• Handful fresh basil leaves
• 1/4 cup (60ml) Kyneton Basil Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Thickly slice the tomatoes and the mozzarella.
  2. Place the tomatoes on a serving plate and add the slices of mozzarella on top.
  3. Tuck the whole basil leaves in between the tomato and mozzarella slices, then drizzle over the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
