We’re passionate about bringing people together through food and wine.
We bring Australia’s tastemakers together under one roof to make food and wine discovery easy and fun for you.
We host producers from the Margaret River to the Loire Valley and from Noosa to New York City. It would take years and tens of thousands of dollars in travel costs to meet the makers and sample the produce from all the exhibitors at our shows.
From tasting to entertainment, and Gordon Ramsay (he has done the show!) to Nagi Maehashi, some of the world’s favourite chefs have fired up our cooking stage. There’s always something – and someone – new to discover.
Every year since 2001, we’ve hosted up to 1,000 different producers in six cities over three days.
