Cheese Masterclass

Take an exhilarating journey through the world of cheese in this 45 minute Cheese Matters Masterclass, presented by experienced cheese educator, Naomi Crisante and the Cheesematters team.
Taste your way through a variety of cheese styles - from fresh, soft white and washed rind styles, to Cheddar, Parmesan and blue.
Tickle you tastebuds as each cheese is matched with a selected wine and range of accompaniments.
Try cheeses from King Island Dairy, Tasmanian Heritage, South Cape and Mil Lel, at this very social tutored tasting where participants are encouraged to taste, explore, discuss and enjoy!
Whether you are a new explorer or a seasoned traveller in the world of cheese, Cheese Matters Masterclass will show you how to enjoy cheese at its best.

Main Presenter - Naomi Crisante
Presenter Naomi Crisante is a food educator, television presenter and food writer with over 17 years experience in Australia's cheese industry. She is an accredited cheese judge and represented Australia as a judge at the 2006 World Cheese Championship Contest, USA. Naomi also managed the Australian Grand Dairy Awards for nine years, since their inception in 1999. Naomi can be seen as a regular guest presenter on 'Alive and Cooking' – WIN TV.
